Classic signal flow. Black-panel control.
CLASSIC DSP.
CUSTOM CONTROL.
Black Synth is a native C++ instrument built with JUCE and CMake. Its eight voices, filters, envelopes and drive stage run inside the VST3, while embedded custom panel assets and .bsynthpreset files provide patch recall.
THE INSTRUMENT / 03
Black Synth is a virtual-analog VST3 built around eight-voice polyphony and two oscillators. Continuous waveform morphing, hard sync, legato slide, dual ADSR envelopes, multimode filtering and output drive turn a classic subtractive structure into a focused, playable instrument.

04Legato, slide, drive and preset storage
- 01OSCILLATE
Build the source from two tuned virtual-analog oscillators across eight playable voices.
- 02MORPH
Move oscillator 2 continuously from sine through saw to square, then lock the pair with hard sync.
- 03FILTER
Shape the spectrum with low-pass, band-pass or high-pass response and its own bipolar ADSR envelope.
- 04DRIVE
Finish the patch with legato slide, distortion, overdrive and a controlled output stage.
TWO OSCILLATORS.
